After spending decades on the client side, we wanted to take our experience with working with consultants and HCM/Payroll software to the next level. We did this by building a consulting business that was more of a partnership that feels like a phone call away.
Cassandra brings over 28+ years of experience in effectively leading successful HCM, Payroll, WFM implementations and assessing business needs to strategically design and optimize systems for companies around the globe. Cassandra has designed and cultivated multiple HR Technology and Payroll departments along with implementing a governance process which increased communication and data sharing between Human Resources, Payroll, Operations, and IT.
Summer brings more than 20+ years of experience in directing process change and increasing workflow efficiency. She is skilled at effectively leading successful HCM and TM implementations and assessing business needs to strategically design and optimize systems for companies around the globe.
